- Make the Pizza Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and the tomato passata.
- Spread the Sauce: Evenly spread the combined sauce mixture over the surface of the flatbread base.
- Add the Chicken: Distribute the cooked, shredded chicken across the sauce.
- Top with Cheese and Veggies: Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken, then scatter the sliced red onion and green pepper on top.
- Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and the flatbread base is crispy.
