- 130ml fat-free natural yogurt

- 30g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- ½ tsp smoked garlic granules or onion powder (optional)
Lime & Ginger:
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger (optional)
- 2 tbsp sweetener granules (optional)
