- 1 kilogram floury potatoes (such as Maris Piper), chopped into chunks
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 4 mini Yorkshire puddings (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 level teaspoons gravy granules
- Your favorite Speed vegetables (for steaming or boiling)
- For the stuffing balls:
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage or parsley
- 1 small egg, beaten
- Grated zest of ½ unwaxed lemon
- 100 grams lean ground pork (5% fat or less)
- 20 grams stale wholemeal bread, processed into crumbs
