Ingredients:

For the Crust:

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 500g fat-free natural Greek-style yogurt or fat-free natural soft cheese (quark)
  • 200g extra-light soft cheese
  • 4 sheets of leaf gelatin
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pecan Topping:

  • 15g pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
  • 1 tsp golden sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
