Raspberry and Lemon Semifreddo

Ingredients

  • 400g raspberries, plus extra for decorating
  • 1 level tbsp sweetener granules (optional)

For the Custard Base:

  • 100g fat-free natural fromage frais

  • 200g reduced-fat-and-sugar custard from a can/carton

  • 200g plain quark

  • 2 large egg whites*

  • Finely grated zest of ½ unwaxed lemon

  • 2 level tbsp sweetener granules
