Sausage Traybake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 reduced fat pork sausages
  • 500 g new potatoes, halved (or cut into wedges if large)
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into chunks, about the same size as the potatoes
  • 2 medium red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 eating apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • a few sprigs of fresh thyme
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • low calorie cooking spray
