- 1 sachet of Hollandaise Sauce mix (or powdered sauce mix of choice)
- 300 ml skimmed milk (or milk specified on the sauce sachet)
- A sprinkle of fresh chives (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Oil spray (optional, for air frying)
