Instructions
1. Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash the baby new potatoes thoroughly.
- Place the potatoes in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
- Drain the potatoes and set aside.
2. Prepare the Vegetables
- While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the baby corn and mangetout.
You can boil or steam the vegetables:
- Boiling/Steaming: Place the baby corn and mangetout in boiling water or a steamer basket for 3–5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Drain the vegetables immediately and keep warm.
3. Cook the Salmon (Air Fryer)
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly spray the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket (do not overlap).
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork.
- Note: Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.
4. Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce
- Follow the instructions on your specific Hollandaise Sauce sachet.
- Typically, you will combine the sauce powder with 300 ml skimmed milk in a small saucepan.
- Heat the mixture gently, whisking continuously, until the sauce thickens and reaches a creamy consistency.
5. Assemble and Serve
- Place the cooked salmon fillet on each plate.
- Arrange the cooked baby new potatoes, baby corn, and mangetout alongside the salmon.
- Spoon a generous amount of the Hollandaise sauce over the salmon.
