Ingredients:

  • 500g lean beef mince (less than 5% fat)
  • 1 brown onion, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 splash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tin of kidney beans in chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 200g passata
  • 8 low-calorie tortillas (or 4 large wraps, cut in half)
  • 160g mozzarella
  • 50g shredded, reduced-fat hard cheese
  • 100g mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 mixed peppers, diced
  • Sweetcorn (optional)
  • Reduced-fat sour cream (1 syn per tbsp)
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 2 tbsp chili seasoning blend
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning blend
