- Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a bowl, combine the 32g porridge oats, 100g fat-free natural yoghurt, 40ml strong black coffee, 1 tbsp of sweetener, and ¼ tsp of vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until everything is well mixed.
- Layer the Base: Spoon or pour this mixture into the bottom of a jar or container that has a secure lid (ideally holding around 350ml).
- Mix the Topping: In a separate, clean bowl, combine the 50g quark, 50g remaining yoghurt, ¼ tsp of vanilla extract, ½ tsp chia seeds, and 1 tsp remaining sweetener. Beat this mixture well to ensure the quark is smooth and there are no lumps.
- Assemble and Chill: Pour the creamy quark mixture directly on top of the oat base. Close the lid tightly and refrigerate overnight (at least 12 hours). The oats will absorb the coffee liquid and soften, and the chia seeds will help the topping set.
- Serve: Enjoy cold straight from the fridge! For a final Tiramisu touch, consider dusting the top with a pinch of unsweetened cocoa powder before eating.
These Tiramisu Overnight Oats will keep well in the fridge for approximately 3 days.
