  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Black Pepper, to taste
  • 40g Mature Lighter Cheese (reduced-fat) – This portion counts as 1 x Healthy Extra ‘A’ (HE A) allowance for the entire quiche.
