 Ingredients

  • 45g (approx. ½ cup) of rolled or quick Oats (Use toward your HEB allowance.)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 60g (2.1oz) of ripe Banana, mashed (Free Food.)
  • 60g (2.1oz) of Fat-Free Greek Yogurt (Free Food.)
  • 5g (total) of White Chocolate Chips, halved (approx. 2.5 Syns total)
  • 1/2 Speculoos (Caramelised Biscuit), crumbled (approx. 1.75 Syns)
  • Optional: 1 tsp Vanilla Extract and Free low-calorie sweetener to taste.
  • Low-Calorie Cooking Spray
