  • 1 lb baby new potatoes
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 (6-oz) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • For the Green Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup watercress
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach
  • 4 tbsp fat-free crème fraîche
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
