  • 4 Spring Onions (scallions), thinly sliced

  • 1 Red Chilli, deseeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

  • 4 Tomatoes, roughly chopped (Alternatively, use one 400g can of chopped tomatoes)

  • 340g can Sweetcorn Kernels, well drained

  • 400g can Tuna (packed in spring water or brine), well drained and flaked

  • Chopped fresh Dill, to serve (optional garnish)
